コロナで営業時間も短いためなかなか予約が取れませんでしたが二週間前にやっと取れたので行ってきました。
刺身は3点盛りを頼み、種類はしめ鯖、柑橘系の香りつけした鯛、カツオで、つけタレはしめ鯖は梅酢、鯛は特別な塩、カツオは行者ニンニクを使った自家製のタレ的なものっておりどれも素晴らしいです。
お寿司についても握り、巻物を含め非常に丁寧に調理しており期待を裏切らないお寿司でした。特に巻物の海苔が素晴らしいです。
日本酒は3種の飲み比べなどあり種類も豊富で好みを言えば、メニューにない日本酒もあります。今回は純米吟醸系で飲みやすい茨城の地酒の稲里の星~重めの山形県の奈良萬でもらいましたがどれも特徴があり料理を生かすお酒でした。
