まずは以上の注文。
初めに先付け3種が提供。
菊菜と鶏肉ののお浸し、胸肉の昆布締め、ささみのネギだれです。
これだけでお酒が進みます。
続いてたたきと肝刺し。
ここの肝は白肝とかではないんですが、ぷりぷりでほんと美味しい。
そして、ポテトサラダ。
地味にここのポテトサラダかなり好きなんですよね。濃厚でベーコンたっぷりなお酒が進む味付けです。
そして串に入ります。

つくね、ねぎ身、肝が特に美味しかったです。
締めは前回同様鶏塩ラーメンで。
これがやっぱり最高に美味しいです。
