友人とお互いの一年を労う会。恵比寿で美味しいお鮨を食べようと探索した結果、行き着いた鮨 藤さん。落ち着いた佇まいの店内。カウンターに座り、ビールを飲みながらコースがスタート。覚えている限り、かなりの品数を提供頂きました。鮑の肝ソースから始まり、最後は追加の毛蟹と松葉蟹で〆させて頂きました。お鮨は茹でたて車海老の提供温度、大トロの三枚重ねの舌触り、小肌や春子鯛の〆具合、どれも素晴らしい。季節ものの寒鰤は上品な脂が旨かった。ツマミも充実、鮑の肝ソースは残ったソースにシャリを入れて食せば幸せになります。生の新鮮な鯨は全くクセが無く馬刺しみたい。白菜のすりながしは体が温まる。日本酒を効かせたカンジャンケジャンは上品なトロける身に悶絶。最後は、職人さんが剥いてくれた毛蟹と松葉蟹。人が剥いてくれた時点で美味しさ倍増ですが、特に松葉蟹は蟹身と蟹ミソの織りなす味わいに本日一番の感激を受けました。日本酒も高級ラインナップがズラリ。沢山頂きました。あと、接客がとても良い!料理長との会話も楽しかった。結論、非常に高いコストパフォーマンス。個室も完備されており、接待にも使えると思います。こちらは、断然カウンターがオススメ、職人の技を堪能しながら、素晴らしい会話と食事が楽しめます。
