旬の厳選食材が多数✨どの品も秀逸な仕上がり

この日頂いた料理の出汁に使われている昆布は

◇天然利尻昆布(北海道礼文島産)
◇天然真昆布 (北海道函館南芽部産)
其々の違いを感じる事は私の舌では無理ですが
一級品昆布からとった出汁がとても良いです✨
出汁が良いからどの料理も絶品の仕上り(^。^)

味わいも素晴らしいです✨今までに頂いた煮鮑
では1番ですね(^。^)
お造りはサスエ前田魚店。熟成により旨味が凝縮
された品の数々✨特に金目鯛は絶品(^。^)
秋トリュフご飯は此方のスペシャリテの1つ✨
ズワイ蟹と初物のイクラだけでも充分なのですが
これにトリュフがたっぷりの贅沢な逸品✨
2杯目は濃厚な卵黄を追加して頂きましたが悶絶
の美味しさ(^。^)
絶品出汁と熟成魚堪能させて頂きました✨(^。^)
出汁の旨味と魚を最高の状態で食べさせる技量。
今年行った和食屋ではNo.1ですね✨
