月曜日のみ営業していた「月曜日は煮干rabo」が店舗を構えてオープンした西永福の煮干箱さん。
「特製濃厚煮干らーめん」1,200円
数種類煮干しをブレンドした濃厚スープは、旨味が凝縮されていて美味◎麺は三河屋製麺のパツパツ中細ストレート麺。煮干しにはやっぱりこの麺があう◎スープの絶妙な濃厚具合でちゃんと麺啜れて最高のバランス◎
月曜日は煮干raboの味を思い出しました。自分が濃厚煮干とかセメント系が好きなんです。やはり煮干はこれじゃなきゃと言う感じ◎
煮干らーめんを食べた後はの「和え玉」250円に生卵トッピング
まぜまぜしてそのまま食べても良し、濃厚煮干らーめんのスープに付けて食べても良し、もうスープに替え玉みたいに全部入れてしまっても良い◎
自分の食べ方はめっちゃ良く混ぜて、半分くらい食べたら卵黄のみを麺にのせてまたまぜまぜ。その後は胡椒多め、煮干酢は一周を目安に。うまうまっ。
そしてあと一つ。
この日限定の「昆布水の煮干つけ麺」1,150円に味玉トッピング1.5個。
限定の昆布水の煮干つけ麺の麺は全粒粉入りでモチモチしている多加水麺。まずは麺だけで食べて、うまっ。煮干のつけ汁に付けて更にうまっ。
昆布水はそこまで得意では無いですが、この麺に凄く合う◎そして、のってる具材の蓮根がかなり美味◎味玉じゃなくて蓮根トッピングしとけば良かった笑
そして、煮干箱さんのスープ割りにに感動。見た目は灰汁(アク)に見えますが、とろろ昆布が入ってる?と思うんですが、かなりうまいです◎
