さてと、お料理は・・
■桜鱒とあおさ茶わん蒸し
やさしいおだしの茶碗蒸し、これがうまく胃を
カバーしてくれていると信じています!
■刺身盛合せ
今日の刺身の盛合せは、5種
分厚い鰤、桜鯛、いか、甘えび、サザエ
■桜鯛と新わかめの海鮮磯蒸し
お~、この磯蒸しはふたを開けた瞬間、
海にいるかのような磯のかおり
ポン酢でいただきます。
あっさりとして美味いですよ!
■豚肉・山菜のしゃぶしゃぶ
さてさて、煮立ってきました!
魚中心のなかのワンポイントのお肉系、
これまた美味!
ここからは、冷酒をいただきます!
■本日のおばんざい盛合せ3種
・うめもと屋酒粕味噌漬け鮭ハラス焼
・名物玉子焼き・・新潟の玉子焼きは甘いよ~
・漬物
■桜海老真丈・筍・蕗の薹の天婦羅
ここで、重めの天ぷらが来ました!
桜海老の香りは最高ですし、筍・蕗の天ぷら
なんか季節感バッチリ!
塩でいただきます。
■佐渡産コシヒカリ使用
蛤と菜花の釜戸炊き銅鍋御飯 蕗味噌・お茶漬け
セット付
最後には、熱いほうじ茶をいただいてフィニッシュ、、、
これで、ひとり5000円だもんね、、いつもながら、大満足です!
