昨年?にオーベルジュからアルベルゴに改名。イタリア料理なのにオーベルジュ?な違和感の解消とともに、オーベルジュ=宿泊施設のあるレストラン、アルベルゴ=レストランのある宿という主客の違いにも対応。
なにせ、夕食を、浴衣でもよくて、箸も置かれて、刺身もあるのだから、アルベルゴと名乗ってこその、和伊折衷。
個々の料理は、献立を添えたので、画像で確かめてもらえればだが、やはり、メインの二品にうならされる。
魚単体ではやや弱い鰆のソテーを成金にするのは、お隣静岡県が誇る本海老のビスクソースとカリカリの桜海老。とても上手いのは、濃厚なソースがソテーに勝るのではなく、あくまで鰆のほのかな美味しさを引き立てること。
肉料理は、神奈川でも限定的な相州牛のステーキ。と書くとありふれて聞こえるが、赤身の旨味を基調としながらも、サシの美味しさを兼ね備えた肉を、絶妙の火加減で、火の通った刺身のようにとろける舌触り。ソースも、赤ワイン、ルッコラ、そしてシェフ手づからの赤ワインを染み込ませた岩塩の三種。ワイン塩と相州牛の相性が素晴らしすぎる。
そして、締めは、当店スペシャリテのたっぷりのトリュフご飯。蓋を開けた途端のトリュフと甘い米の香りに再び蕩ける。ドルチェ前の締めも別腹でいただいた。
いい具合の酔い加減からがアルベルゴの真骨頂。ダイニングから徒歩一分で、ふかふか布団の部屋に戻れ、しかも部屋から徒歩一分で、絶妙の湯加減の桧風呂温泉。この天国の三重奏は日本的アルベルゴならでは。
