会員制のふじながさんに友人に招待されて
訪問。
1発目から度肝抜かれる美味さのマグロに
感動しました。
話によればマグロは去年獲れた本マグロだ
そうです。
この時期のマグロは年間通して1番脂がない
ので、去年の良いマグロを残しておいてる
様です。
その後も出てくる物、1つ1つが主人しかできない様な唯一無二の料理に大変、感動を覚えました。
うなぎの蒸し方に焼き方、キンキの焼き方など
細部に渡り拘りが感じ一切の妥協を許さない
姿勢に鮓ふじながに魅了されました。
書きたい事沢山ありますが、
