6月にオープンしたばかりの【際際(きわぎわ)】さんに行ってきました!
カウンターはオープンキッチンスタイルで、食事を楽しみながら、お料理を作る姿も見れて、会話も弾みこと間違いなし。個室もあったので、会食にも使えます!
おまかせコースは、どれもひと手間かけた丁寧な料理ばかり♡
まず登場したのは、紅ズワイガニ酢の物添え。ほんのり甘酸っぱくて、最初の一品から美味しいが止まらない〜♡
お造りは、鹿児島県産まぐろ・ヒラメ・宮城県産ホタテの3種。味付けされていて、どれも新鮮で文句なしの美味しさ!
驚いたのは、イチゴ×熟成プロシュートの組み合わせ。その場スライスしてくださるプロシュートは、しょっぱ過ぎず、イチゴの甘みと塩気のバランスが絶妙〜♡
そして感動したのが、日本橋にんべんの出汁を使った茶碗蒸し。出汁の旨みが口いっぱいに広がって、優しくて上品な味が幸せすぎました!!
さらに、ほうじ茶香るカラスミもちや、皮付きヤングコーン×自家製ジェノベーゼバターなど、意外な組み合わせの品々も美味しかったです♡
鰻の白焼きは皮パリパリ・中ふわふわ♡
黒毛和牛のすき焼きは、目の前でスライスしてくれるトリュフととろ〜り濃いオレンジ色の卵黄と絡めて♡
トリュフの香りとともにお肉にたっぷり甘めのタレと卵黄を絡めて食べると最高!!!!
ご飯は、なんと3種類から選ぶのかと思ったら、3種類出てくると!←びっくり仰天!
本日はつぶ貝と九条ネギの炊き込みご飯、カラスミ蕎麦、際際の鉄火巻でした!
メインが3種類も食べれるなんて贅沢すぎる♡
最後のデザートは、**フルーツ大福(板倉屋さんのあんこ使用)**は、甘さ控えめで上品。柔らかい牛皮に包まれた絶妙な〆でした♡
お料理のバランスも良くて、和と洋のセンスが光る素敵なお店でした!
次は季節が変わったタイミングで、また行きたいな♪
