仕事とプライベートでリフォームを依頼している友人とお邪魔し、彩コースをお願いしました。
個室しか空きが無く、友人の予定が変更出来なかった為、個室でのお食事となりました。
ホワイトアスパラガスはとても立派で、ビーツのソースや焼きチーズ、岩塩と色々な味で楽しめました。
冷製スープ パリソワールは、東京會舘伝統の調理法を取り入れているとの事で、のど越しも良く、味わいも深く感じます。
鉄板焼きの醍醐味は、味は勿論ですが、演出も楽しめ、国産活黒鮑は、室内の照明を消し、フランベしてファイヤー!!
柔らかく、肝との相性も最高です。
お肉は、産地を決めているのでなく、仕入れの際に一番上質なお肉を仕入れご提供しているとの事で、今回はサーロインは鹿児島産、フィレは群馬産との事で、友人とシェアして頂きました。
焼き加減はシェフにお任せし、堪能しました。
ガーリックライスはガーリックを炒めている時は良い香りですが少し強めと感じましたが、食べるとあっさり食べやすかったです。
シェフの方も食材の産地や調理法から雑談迄、気さくにお話し頂き楽しい食の時間となりました。
