若狭ふぐの蓄養を福井県で初めて行った五作荘で堪能しました。
今まで数多く活けふぐは食したことはあったはずでしたが、今回初めて食した約3キロの蓄養とらふぐの美味しさは別格でした。
特にとうとうみと言われる内皮部分は旨さと生だから分かるてっさ、サービスの炙り寿司の食感はすごかった。
とうとうみ、ひれ酒、てっさ、焼きふぐ、真子の粕漬け、炙り寿司、てっぴ、てっちり、生白子、焼き白子、唐揚げ、白子入り茶碗蒸し、雑炊の全13品完食です。
なお、朝食にもふぐのマリネサラダとふぐのみそ汁がつきましたし、お土産に真子入りおにぎりもいただきました。
設備面は古いですが、ふぐの美味しさとサービス面は素晴らしい旅館だと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
