食べログから事前予約をして訪問
私は無類の寿司好きで、毎日寿司でも全く構わないほど好きだ
ミシュランにも掲載されたことのあるというお寿司屋で、カウンターのお寿司屋だが、若大将が笑顔で迎えてくれて、気張らずにわりかしリラックスできる感じだ
この日はランチ4,000円のコース
5,000円を超えずにカウンター寿司を味わえるのは嬉しい
(ウニを追加オーダーしたので会計は5,000円弱となっている)
まずはこのお店の名物だという「いわいサンド」
食パン生地に揚げたてマグロの天婦羅がサンドされている
なるほど、マグロのジューシーさが口に含んだ刹那込み上げる、これは何個でもイケそう
続いて蟹のあんかけ茶碗蒸し
玉子の味と蟹の海鮮風味がバッチリで冷えた体にしっかり染み渡る
握り7貫は下記の通り
・銚子産トロ
・境港あじ
・瀬戸内真鯛
・しまあじ
・本マグロ赤身
・ホタテの巻物
・煮穴子

とろろ昆布のお吸い物で〆
どのネタもしっかり脂が乗っていて「活き」を感じる、そして赤酢のシャリがこれまたネタと合う
この値段でこのクオリティは素晴らしい
カウンターだけでなく個室もあり普段使いしやすく間違いなく通いたいお店の1つになった
