数ある札幌の居酒屋の中でも質と価格で考えると、個人的にはトップクラスのお店と思っている「くさち」。
むき身がこれでもかとたっぷり入っている絶品蟹だるま、酒が止まらなくなる味と香りの蟹みそ甲羅焼、甘味と舌触りが絶品の白子ポン酢、しっとりした肉とパリパリ皮で香ばしさと鶏の旨味を堪能できる知床鶏もも塩焼き、歯応えがサクサクしていて旨味の塊たこ頭、剥きたてで甘味と歯応えが醍醐味の帆立、磯の香りと旨味が溢れるサロマ湖産牡蠣、しっとりフワッとしていて出汁香るだし巻玉子焼ハーフ、丁度良い漬かり具合で大きな鰊が入った鰊漬け、個人的にもたまに小樽まで買いに行くほどお気に入りの小樽深澤精肉店の肉の燻製&クリームチーズ。
何を食べてもハズレが無いんですよね。
多くのメニューにハーフサイズがあっていろいろな料理を食べられるのも嬉しい。
サーバーやグラスの洗浄が行き届いていて一層美味いサッポロクラシックや品揃えが良く料理に合う日本酒も魅力的です。
カウンターに座ると店主との会話も弾み、店員さんの感じも良く、低価格で北海道を満喫できる良いお店です。
