東京都港区北青山3‐13‐1「北青山関根ビル」地下1階にある「日本料理 太月」さん。
北青山の路地裏にある日本料理の名店、東京メトロ表参道駅から歩くと5分程でしょうか。
「THE TABELOG AWARD2024」BRONZE受賞、「日本料理TOKYO百名店2023」にも選ばれた人気のお店、予約をして伺いました。
ビルの地下にあるお店、カウンター席と個室2室、都会の喧騒を忘れさせてくれる静かな空間です。
「おまかせスペシャル」を予約。
飲み物は最初は「エビスビール」、その後はおすすめの日本酒を頂きました。
「宗玄 特別純米酒 「純粋無垢」」、
「太月 無濾過 生原酒」、
「赤磐雄町 純米吟醸」を。
「昆布出汁」が振舞われた後、コースがスタートしました。
「焼きとろ茄子のえごま和え」・・とろけるような柔らかな茄子に「えごま」の香ばしい香り、鹿児島産車海老が添えられます。
「紅はるかの天婦羅とカラスミ」・・40日寝かせたという「紅はるか」の天婦羅に、「からすみ」がのせられます。甘い紅はるかに、程よい塩気のからすみ、いい組み合わせ。
「煮物椀」・・岩手の「松茸」、島根の「甘鯛」。「ささげ」に「落花生豆腐」。薄味の上品なお味。
「お造り」・・「さわらの炙り」と明石の「鯛」。炙りは藁焼き、香ばしくていい香り。割り醤油で頂きます。
「どんちっちノドグロの幽庵焼き」・・味噌味のつけダレの幽庵焼き、島根のブランドノドグロ「どんちっち」、脂がのっている。レンコンチップが添えられます。
「八寸」・・「アワビの柔らか煮」「茹で落花生」「子持ち鮎の煮びたし」「ナツメの甘煮」「舞茸天婦羅」など秋の味覚が。「アワビの柔らか煮」は肝とともに。
「松茸とハモの鍋仕立て」・・ハモは淡路産。ふんわりと柔らかく湯引きされています。
「天然うなぎの飯蒸し」・・うなぎは宍道湖産、ふっくらと焼けたうなぎは、もち米によく合います。
「仙台牛のしんしんと天然きのこ」・・内ももの中でも希少な部位、赤身とサシが程よく入ってきめ細かく柔らかい。
「食事」・・南魚沼のこしひかりの「煮えばな」と「おかず」が用意されます。ちょっと芯が残る「煮えばな」やはり旨い。「新物いくらの醤油漬け」「浅漬け」「温泉卵」「有明海苔」などのおかずと赤出汁が。この先のおかずは希望する場合に提供されます。「梅干し」「牛しぐれ煮」「かじきのフライ」も頂きました。残りのご飯は希望する場合は「おにぎり」にして持ち帰れます。
「水菓子・菓子」・・「シャインマスカットの白ワインゼリー寄せ」「自家製どらやき」「メイプルナッツアイス最中」。自家製どらやきの皮は目の前で焼かれた出来立てのもの。甘い香りがいいですね。
この後は、「緑茶」の提供がありましたが、好みで「抹茶」も提供が出来るとのことでした。
この日のコースは3時間程。
お店の雰囲気やしつらえなど、全てが美しいですし、大将・女将さんはじめ、お店の方は皆さん素晴らしい対応。最後は大将と女将さんが階段の上まで見送ってくれました。
感動の連続、素晴らしい日本料理の名店だと思います!!
