2回昼食時に訪問したので、今日は夜のおまかせをいただきに早々に予約をして伺った。
18時一斉スタートだが、暖簾は10分前に上がった。左手のインターフォンを押して鍵を開けてもらう。
一番乗りだが、今日は2人3組のお客だ。
当店は鰻をメインとした会席料理。和のコース料理とでも言おうか。
お近づきの印とかで鍋島を盃に少しだけいただき、飲み物は赤星から。
まず里芋のお椀。何やら蓋代わりの紙の上には菊と綿が。毒消しの役割(デモの一つ)だとか。
八寸、吸い物、共水うなぎ刺身、ニタリクジラ刺身、白焼き、うざくと続き食事の案内。
天然鰻と養殖鰻があるがどうするか。
ハーフハーフでお願いする。
鰻は地焼き。天然物は皮がしっかりして分厚い身は弾力がある。
この後画像はないがすき焼きをいただいた。
ドリンクは日本酒を。
みむろ杉(燗酒)、山形正宗、磯自慢。
20歳代のお若い大将は良い意味でカジュアル。
横浜の地で馴染んでほしい。
