初めてこちらでディナーした時の感動を忘れられずにいました。
すぐにでも再訪したかったのですが
久しぶりにやっとのお伺いです♪
こちらのお料理は
中目黒のクラフタルと赤坂のライラと並んで
とても美しく、3人のシェフのセンスがとても好きです。
実際このお三方は仲がよろしいらしく
聞いてビックリ、と同時に納得です。
初来店はなにを食べても美味しく、
スペシャリテの薔薇モチーフのビーツのチップスと
フォアグラのテリーヌが美味しさと美しさで
ビックリ。
特にデザートが完成されていてここまで
究めるかといった感じでした。
今回もすべて美味しく。。
スペシャリテの薔薇は1組に対して一皿だけ。
データ化されていて初来店の連れのほうにお皿がいってしまった。寂しい…
いいんです、それを他の人にも味わって欲しかったし
代わりのお料理はうなぎ!とマンゴーを合わせた
フォアグラのポワレ。
これも感動的な美味しさで、
薔薇食べなくて別にいーもん、的な感情に。
お肉はリクエストで牛肉にしていただきました。
満足!
本当に全部美味しい♪
今回はデザートは写真の通りですが
初来店だいただいたショコラ ヴァローナ・マンジャリ フランボワーズ
これは必食だと思います。
今回のデザートも美しくて楽しませようという
サービス精神にやられました♡
強いて言うなら、お化粧室が今でも綺麗なんですが
もっともっと綺麗だと、
クオリティの高いお料理にふさわしい空間になると思います!
