関西には美味しいものが多い!その中でもなかむらのとんかつはとても美味しい!
14時からのランチでちょうど1時間で食べ終わります。
シェフから揚げるお肉と揚げ方の説明を受け、ウキウキ。
サラダからいただき、本日の銘柄豚が出てきます。
今日は、バークシャー50(黒ブタ50%)から。
初なかむら、祝一口目。なにもタレをつける必要はなく、柔らかくめちゃくちゃうまい。(食べたいが勝り、写真を撮るのを忘れました笑)
その後も次々と揚げたて最高品を食べます!
ソース、塩、しょうゆがあり、しょうゆも美味しい。
追加品でエビフライも食べます。
タルタルソースにほんのりセロリも感じ、うまいし、
エビもぷりぷりでうまい!
豚汁にはかわいい豚にんじんがいます。
〆は、カツ丼かメンチカレーを選べますが、もちろん、
ダブルを注文。
カツ丼も美味いですが、このカレー、野菜の甘みがあり
するするっと入ります!
なかなか予約困難店ですが、また来ます!
