一椿 和(なごみ)店さん。個室でゆっくりとした時間を過ごせます。今回は予約時に個室が取れなかったので半個室で。
一品一品美味しい料理たちを堪能( ˊᵕˋ* )♩
日本酒がすすみ酔っ払ったのか途中から写真を撮り忘れてるのを後で気付くが後の祭り
前菜の冷製ずんだ豆腐が美味かった
枝豆の青々した香りは控えめだが優しい味わい
伊勢海老の活き造りは当たり前っちゃ当たり前だがめっちゃ動いている。今日のビジュアルキング✨味も当然伊勢海老ꕤ*.゚
もう少し刺身が食べたかったのでコースと別に
刺し盛りを追加オーダー
土瓶蒸しはお猪口の上に乗ったスダチを絞って
そのまま土瓶に落とし込む
鱧(はも)・松茸・海老しんじょうが入ってて
今年初めて秋を感じる
茶碗蒸しは追加オーダー
出汁が上品に効いていて具材は何が入っていたかは忘れたが美味かった
牛のすき焼きは下にネギと上に黒毛和牛の
ロース肉。土佐酢につけてサッパリと食すが
割り下の甘みと相まって美味♪
この食べ方個人的に好き( *ˊᵕˋ*) 〜ᐝ
牛タンシチューのパイ包みは表面のパイ生地を
スプーンで割りビーフシチューとともにいただく
これまで和テイストだったのが一気に洋風
これはこれで良き( ´˘` )
このあと二品ほどあったと記憶しているが撮り忘れ
最後に松茸ご飯と伊勢海老の赤だし
赤だし旨し!
デザートは表面小豆で中が抹茶のムース
小豆に若干の塩気があり抹茶ムースの甘みを
引き立てていて良いと思った(´˘`๑)
よく飲みよく食べた。満足。ご馳走様でした!
