その日に仕込んだ食数のみで販売し、
「完売」した時点で閉店という清さ
お客様に一番美味しい状態で召し上がって頂きたいというこだわりがかっこいいですね✨✨
平日に伺いましたが開店前から行列が出来ていて、
※10分前に着いたので１巡目で入れました。
開店後もテイクアウトのお客様も多数✨✨
暫くして順番に提供された餃子はキラキラしてみえる〜‼️皮がパリッとしてかっこいい！
餃子のタレは醤油だれと味噌だれ。
醤油だれにはラー油を足して。
そして味噌だれにハマりました
一人前だけ頼むのもと迷って2人前頼みましたが、
自然もお箸が進んで、美味しく完食しました
またお兄さん達の接客が感じが良いんですよね。
優しくてほっこり。これは通いたくなる。
今度は飲みに来たいです
本当はお店で食べてほしいけど、
家族にお土産も買って帰ったよー‼️

Established in 1971, this extremely popular Kyoto gyoza shop‼ ️
They only sell the number of servings they prepared that day, and close when they are "sold out"
It's cool that they are so particular about wanting their customers to eat their gyoza in the most delicious way✨✨
I visited on a weekday, but there was a line before the store opened,
*I arrived 10 minutes early, so I was able to get in on the first round.
Even after the store opened, there were many customers who came for takeout✨✨
After a while, the gyoza that were served in order looked shiny‼️The skin was crispy and cool!
The gyoza sauce was soy sauce and miso sauce.
I added chili oil to the soy sauce sauce.
And I was hooked on the miso sauce
I hesitated to order just one serving, but I ordered two,
but my chopsticks naturally moved forward and I finished it deliciously
The service from the guys was also very nice.
They were kind and warm. I want to come here again.
Next time I'd like to come for a drink
I really want you to eat it at the store,
but I also bought souvenirs for my family‼️

Today's gyoza was better cooked than before.
The skin was crispy‼ ️
I love miso sauce
Today I also ordered cucumbers that I had been curious about
It's the best palate cleanser.
