本当に忙しかった12月、まさに師走でした。
富山に出張があるものの仕事で精一杯で、金曜日の深夜にDMで予約が奇跡的に取れた、ご縁があったお店です☘️
お伺いした際3人連れの方がいらっしゃり、
わたしはひとりだったので、ちょうど入れたみたいです✌
一言でいうと、足を踏み入れた瞬間、
空間から特別感があり素敵です。
ピリッとした感じもありつつ、秩序があり温かい。
あぁ…来てよかったなぁと思いました。
まず、確認すべきお店のスタイルを記録しておきます️
18時一斉スタート夜営業のみ。
お料理はおまかせのみ14,000円（税込）
アラカルトでの提供はなし。
飲み物は、ビールまたは日本酒。(ノンアル。)
日本酒は店主にお任せすることをお勧めします。
ドレスコードは、日本酒を呑むこと。
お酒が前提の蕎麦屋さんです。
日本酒をたくさん呑むということではなく、
日本酒を各々のペースで楽しんで！という意味だそうです。
あくまでもお蕎麦屋さんですという姿勢。
最初と最後はお蕎麦の提供があります。
お蕎麦そのままでも味わい深く、
お塩で、わさびで、またはつゆとととてもおいしい。
八寸のような少しずつのおいしいもの。
ひとつひとつ丁寧で愛情を感じるお食事。
白海老も牛蒡や大豆、切り干し大根など、
一見地味なお料理もすごーく美味しい✨
美味しいとついついゆっくり食べてしまい、
コースのテンポからズレてしまいますあはは。
そばがきももっと食べたかったし、
〆のデザートまでずっと身体がもっともっとと欲するやさしい味。
結果としてはすべて完食！もりもり食べちゃいました‼️
初めての土地なので帰りの電車が気になり携帯を手に取りましたが…笑 携帯電話は鞄の中に入れてサービスお食事お酒を楽しんでほしいです。

December was a really busy month, the last month of the year.
I had a business trip to Toyama, but I was busy with work, and miraculously managed to make a reservation by DM late on Friday night, so this is a shop that I had a connection with☘️
When I visited, there were three people there,
and I was alone, so I was able to get in just right✌
In a word, the moment I stepped in,
the space had a special feeling and was wonderful.
It had a sharp feeling, but was also orderly and warm.
Ah... I thought it was good that I came.
First, let's record the style of the restaurant that you should check ️
All customers start at 6pm and it is only open in the evening.
Only the chef's choice of food is 14,000 yen (tax included).
No a la carte menu is available.
Drinks are beer or sake. (Non-alcoholic.)
We recommend that you leave the sake to the owner.
The dress code is to drink sake.
This is a soba restaurant where alcohol is a given.
It doesn't mean drinking a lot of sake, but rather,
enjoying sake at your own pace!
The attitude is that it is a soba restaurant after all.
Soba is served at the beginning and end.
The soba is delicious just as it is,
but it is also very delicious with salt, wasabi, or soup.
Small portions of delicious food like hassun.
Each meal is carefully prepared with love.
White shrimp Burdock, soybeans, kiriboshi daikon,
and other seemingly plain dishes were incredibly delicious✨
When something is so delicious, you end up eating slowly,
and it takes you out of sync with the tempo of the course hahaha.
I wanted to eat more soba-gaki,
and the gentle taste made my body want more and more all the way to the dessert at the end.
In the end, I ate everything! I ate a lot‼️
Since it was my first time in this area, I was worried about the train home so I picked up my cell phone... lol I recommend putting your cell phone in your bag and enjoying the complimentary meal and drinks.
