Eat cold Yamagata Niku Soba in Sendai‼ ️
After spending some time with a friend from Yamagata, I was inspired!
Niku Soba made with parent chicken meat. It has a crunchy texture and is delicious with a savory flavor I'm happy that there is a lot of meat.
The soup is also made from the parent chicken, and has a sweet and salty taste It's also delicious when you change the flavor with Yamagata's Ichimi and Shichimi.
Because it's cold, the noodles don't get soggy until the end, and it's a soba with a firm texture. The noodles are beautiful!
I love the onions.
I came to this soba restaurant hoping to eat something healthy, but it ended up being a huge serving❤️
Many guys were topping it with octopus tempura. It looks delicious, but it's too much for me⚡️Everyone's a big eater~
But it was delicious and the portions were plentiful, and it was a very satisfying taste✌

仙台で山形の冷たい肉そばを喰らう‼️
たまたま山形の友人と過ごした後で、
インスピレーションが働きました！
親鳥の肉を使った肉そば。コリコリとした食感で、旨みがあって美味しいお肉沢山で嬉しい。
スープもその親鳥からとったもので、甘しょっぱい味が特徴山形の一味、七味で味変するとまた美味いの。
冷たいことも有り最後まで麺が伸びにくく、しっかりしたコシのある蕎麦です。麺が綺麗！
葱どっさりも好きが溢れる。
ヘルシーにと思って蕎麦屋に来たのですが、
結果的にはめっちゃ盛り盛りでした❤️
これにゲソ天をトッピングしているお兄さんもたくさんいらっしゃいました。美味しそうだけど私にはヘビーだ⚡️皆さん大食いだね〜
とはいえ、美味しくて量もたっぷりで、
大満足の味で最高✌
今度は休日に来て日本酒と一緒にオーダーしたいビールもあるよ
