初めてお伺いしました。
店内はカウンター席のみでこぢんまりとしています。
料理はどれも素晴らしかったです。特に気に入ったものは
・海老真薯:真薯がふあふあで海老の風味とマッチしていました。
・甘鯛の松笠焼き:甘鯛のスープも絶品でした。
・メヒカリと蓮根の天ぷら
・カマス
『熟成鮨』をメインにしているお店は少なく、今回初めていただきましたが、大将の考えや拘りなど感じられ、良い体験でした。味も自分好みだったので、近いうちにまたお伺いしたいです。
