寿司割烹みたいなお店ですが本格的な日本料理を楽しめます。
今日は木曜日なのでそんなに混んでないと予想し、18時にお店に行ったところ先客は無し。
19時から予約客多数と言う事で人気がありそうな店は早めに行くのが正解。
なんとかねじ込んでくれます^^;
さて注文ですが・・・
#1 キリン瓶ビール・・・お通しが付いてます。耳イカと菜の花の煮付け、耳イカって初めて食べたわ。
ホタルイカより一回り大きいです。耳が立っていて可愛い^^;
#2 太刀魚のお造り・・・皮面を炙ってあって香ばしい。太刀魚って小骨が多いんですが見事に捌いてありました。
魚としてのポテンシャルも高い、お魚ですね。
#3 酢牡蠣・・・さすがに広島の牡蠣は一回りデカイ!デカイけど味は濃くてチュルっと行けます。
濃いめのポン酢がお酒のあてに合う!
#4 メゴチの煮付け・・・まあ広義でコチの一種ですが食べたのは初めて。
小さい魚なので骨から外すのが大変ですが、猫またぎ・ひょい吉は綺麗に骨から外します^^。
白身なので淡泊で柔らかい所に煮汁が良い塩梅で絡まって非常に美味しい。
#5 揚げ出し茄子・・・到着した瞬間から鰹出汁の良い匂いが!茄子は熱々でトロトロ。
お出汁も香りが素晴らしい。
#6 ネギトロ巻と穴子寿司・・・寿司盛り頼む予定だったんですが結構お腹一杯だったので巻き寿司と
どうしても 食べたかった穴子を一貫だけ注文しました。このタイミングで日本酒は山形の
上喜元を注文。
相当お腹一杯になりましたがお会計は7,000円強でした。本格的な料理でこのお値段はお値打ちです。
