毎日の外食が楽しくなるグルメ情報
夙川駅近くの小さなパン屋さん。オープンは2010年。こちらは販売のみだが､宝塚にはカフェ併設の支店があるらしい。
大雨の午後15時頃に訪問。待たずに入店できた。パンの種類はまだ色々あり､商品説明を読むとそれぞれ個性的でどれも気になる。翌日に頂く予定なので味が落ちにくいようシンプルな物を選んだ。

もう1個購入するつもりだったが買い忘れてしまい､残念。翌朝にリベイクして頂いた。ハルキタレーズンロールは､ラムレーズン入りの丸いパン。高加水の柔らかく弾力ある食感がとても美味しい。
パンミヤッコは､日本盛の酒粕とオレンジピール入り。酒粕の優しい甘みとオレンジピールが香り高く､食感も素晴らしい。イングリッシュマフィンは小麦の風味が良く､紅茶にも合って美味しかった。どれもリピートしたい美味しさ。
宝塚店はランチが人気のようなので､今度伺ってみたい。
