ずっと行きたいと思っていたけど、入れないお店の筆頭だった「まき村」に縁あって訪問することが出来ました♪
大森海岸という立地にあり、アクセス的には決してよくはないですが、その中で長年ミシュラン三ツ星、食べログAWARD GOLD受賞という、もはやレジェンドのお店です。
期待値爆上がりのお店のお任せコースを最初から最後まで何がでるのかワクワクしながら楽しむことが出来ました。

3時間弱のコースでした。
特に印象に残ったのは、
トラ河豚さし あん肝、氷見の迷いガツオのお刺身と松坂牛のローストビーフでした。魚もお肉も両方飛び抜けて美味しかった。素材が良いのはもちろんだけど、火入れや切り付け等、プロの仕事あって活かされている感じでした。食べてなくなってしまうのが名残惜しかったです。
トラ河豚のカマの唐揚げも、火入れが素晴らしい。魚なんだけどホクホクで鶏もも肉の唐揚げのようにジューシーでした。まとっている衣も味の塩梅も素晴らしかったです。河豚はもちろん魚の唐揚げとしては、過去一美味しかったです。
そして、鯛茶漬け。
女将さんがご飯(白米)が「一番オススメで凄いのよ」と事前にハードルを上げていましたが、それを超える米の粒が立ったピカピカの非常に美味しいお米でした。こればっかりは写真では伝わらないですね。
新潟のコシヒカリの原種のお米を使っている農家さんのお米だとか。炊き立てのご飯はお焦げもあり、鯛茶漬けとの相性も抜群でした。
お酒も而今みたいに有名なのから、珍しい日本酒まで品揃えが良く、ついつい飲み過ぎてしまいました。
料理と接客、お店の雰囲気、全てにおいて素晴らしい。チームまき村最高過ぎました。
これはまた行きたい、通いたいと思うのがわかります。
次に行けるのはいつになることやらですが、今回は素敵な経験が出来ました。ご縁に感謝です。
