塩らーめんしか好きじゃない私が大好きな一軒。 透き通ったスープ、美味しい。 リピートだしもちろんこれからもリピートする。 I only like the salt noodles and here is one of my favorite store. The clear soup is always delicious. I was a repeater and of course will repeat again and again.

熟成醬油拉麵，粗麵，硬度普通，豬油減量。 味道太濃，不如鹽拉麵。 熟成醬油ラーメン、太麺、硬さ普通、背脂少な目。 味が濃すきで、塩ラーメンより劣る。 10月底新開的來自京都的拉麵店。 店內乾淨明亮，桌子加吧臺，二十個位左右。 點了鹽拉麵。 雞骨加背脂的清湯底，味道很好，沒把持住，喝光了; 細麵，雖然不是最合自己的喜好，但也算是有彈性，不錯。 和附近的家系、一風堂、油麵等現下的流行相比，明顯客人少，希望能夠堅持下去。 使用自動售券機點單，只對應現金。 10月末にオープンしたばっかりのようだ。 流石に店内は明るくて清潔。 テーブルとカウンターで二十席程度。 塩ラーメンを注文。 鶏ガラ出汁プラス背脂だそうで、美味しくてついつい飲み干してしまった。 細麺は一番の好みではないが、食感は悪くない。 近くにある家系や油そばなどに比べて、明らかに客が少ない。 頑張って続けられると良いね。 券売機機で、現金のみ。

只對鹽味拉麵有興趣。 透明的清湯，誘人。 選淡味湯底，享用到最後一滴。 ラーメンは塩に限る。 澄んだスープが美味しさを感じさせてくれる。 あっさりスープをチョイスしたので最後の一滴まで楽しませてくれた。

唯一好きなラーメンジャンル再び。 今回は昼セット。 ラーメンは勿論あっさりスープの塩。 セットでご飯と油淋鶏。 満足な一食。 The only genre of ramen what I favorite, again. Today was the lunch set meal. The ramen of course was the simply clear salt soup. And added the rice and fried chicken with soy sauce as a set. It was a satisfying meal.

這附近滿街都是朝鮮半島菜，其他菜系太寶貴了。 點了魯肉飯，讓臺灣人鑑定了一下照片，外觀合格。 味道個人感覺偏鹹，整體尚好。 打理店鋪的是個南亞系的外國人，很熱情，很勤快。 不知緣由地給了一份免費的小菜，正好下雨，還給了一把塑膠傘。 只對應現金支付。 この界隈は朝鮮半島料理だらけで、他の料理店は貴重。 ルーロー飯を注文。 タイワン人に写真鑑定してもらったら、外見は合格。 個人的には塩味が効きすぎだが、まあまあだね。 店を回しているのは南アジア系の外国人で、すごく感じが良い。 なぜかサービスの一品が出てきたり、丁度雨でビニール傘もくれた。 現金のみ。

あっさりスープの一択は変わらない。 味も相変わらず美味しい。 変化と言えば、券売機がキャッシュレス対応になった。 進歩。 またくる。 The light clear soup still my only choice. And it was still delicious. There is one point changed that the ticket machine can except the cashless payment method. A progress. Definitely I will come back. 久しぶり。 当然不動の首位である塩ラーメンを注文。 透き通ったスープとちぢれ麺、黄金パターン。 余計な言葉は要らなく、最高！ 寒いのに、扉を閉め切らないとの張り紙、訳がわからない！

地元密着感満載。 翡翠大王つけ麺を注文。 麺はツル感と弾力が相まって、好き。 中華餡掛けの餡のようなつけ汁は個人的に珍しく感じる。 嫌いじゃない。 普通に唐揚げ定食を頼む客もいて、確かにラーメン屋より町中華感が強い。 A very local restaurant. I ordered the jade green dipping noodles. The noodle was smooth and elasticity, and I like it. The dipping sauce just like the sino-starch sauce. I feel a little strange but not bad. There’s someone ordered the normal fried chicken set meal. It’s really as others said that here is a neighborhood sino restaurant than a ramen store.

あっさりつけ麺を注文。 つけ汁は旨味と軽い甘みがあって、美味しい。 麺は中太で食感が好き。 また訪れたい一軒。 現金のみ。 I ordered a light flavour dipping noodles (Tsukemen). The dipping sauce was tasty with savory flavour and light sweetness. And I love the texture of their medium thick noodles. I want to visit again. Cash only.

正直自分が好きじゃない系統のラーメン。 お付き合いで入店。 麺はうどんよりの太さで黄色く、好みに合う。 つけ汁はとろとろに濃く、でも見た目ほどしつこくない。 許せる範囲。 To be honest this is not my favorite type of ramen. Visited with a friend who like it. The noodles are thick near the udon and with yellow color, and it suits my taste. The dipping sauce was very thick but it is not as strong as it looks. I feel here can be accepted.

ラギョウチャ定食と言う、ラーメンと餃子とチャーハンの三点セットを注文。 現実の中華世界でも非常識だろう。 ラーメンは昔ながらのスープで美味しいが、麺の食感は悪い。 餃子は至って普通。 チャーハンは一番上かな。 PayPay決済可。 Ordered the Ra Gyo- Chia set meal, included the soup noodles, fried dumplings and fried rice. It’s a very insane combination in the real Chinese world. The soup is very traditional and tasty, but the texture of the noodles itself is not good. The fried dumplings are really mediocre. The fried rice is the best one. Can pay the check with PayPay.

店內狹小，常常無空位，今晚偶然有空。 售券機自助點單，只能用現金，不方便。 點了最標準的拉麵，湯底透明，符合自己的喜好。 味道不錯，麵是細直麵，口感不太喜歡。 整體上有些失望，大概不會有下次了。 店内は狭く、満席の時が多く、この夜はたまたま空席があった。 券売機での注文で、現金のみで不便。 一番普通のラーメンを注文し、透明なスープで、好みに合う。 味は悪くなく、麺は細いストレートタイプで、食感は好みに合わない。 全体的に期待外れで、多分次回はないと思う。

ラーメンと焼き鳥丼のセットを注文。 昔ながらの素朴なラーメンで、ちょっと塩っぱい以外、悪くない。 焼き鳥丼は美味しい。 I ordered the set menu of noodles and Yakidori rice bowl. The traditional style noodles, except a little too salty, I felt not bad. The yakidori rice bowl was tasty.

商店街內一家傳統的老拉麵店。 店面就透露著傳統的氣息⋯ 繞著開放式廚房半圈的吧臺位，能坐八九人。 各種醬油、鹽、味噌拉麵，都是傳統風格。 點了鹽拉麵。 清湯，縮麵，筋道，口感合乎喜好。 湯過咸，整體評價不高，就近順便打發午餐尚可，不值得特意嘗試。 沒有什麼特別的防疫措施，但客人不多，而且座位都是相同朝向，不覺有高風險。 只對應現金支付。 商店街にあるレトロなラーメン屋。 カウンターまわり八九席。 醤油、塩、味噌などオーソドックスなメニュー。 塩ラーメン、澄んだスープ、縮れ麺、食感は好き。 スープの味は濃過ぎ、全体的評価は高くなく、わざわざ食べにくるレベルではない。 客のは多くなく、かつ同じ向きに横並びで、特別に予防措置は見られないが、それほどリスク感もない。 現金のみ。

很古老的一家拉麵店。 兩個高齢老夫婦經營，整個節奏非常緩慢，很難評估服務了⋯ 點了湯麵，就是在鹽拉麵基礎上加炒青菜，這家的用料是卷心菜、大白菜、胡蘿卜、洋蔥、香菇和豬肉片。 湯的味道恰到好處； 麵是扁平縮麵，口感很好； 青菜的火候也好。 當然只對應現金。 古いお店。 経営者は高齢の夫婦で全てが緩く、サービスは評価不能。 タンメンを注文。 スープの味はちょうど良い。 麺は扁平縮れ麺で、食感は好き。 野菜の炒め具合もグッド。 現金のみ。

安い中華食堂チェーン。 小腹が空いたので、小さい焼き鳥丼を注文。 味は値段相応。 店員は例に漏れず外国人で、サービスの質は高くない。 Cheap Chinese food chain restaurant. Because I just felt a little hungry, so I ordered a small grilled chicken rice bowl. The taste was worth the price. Almost servers are foreigners, the lever of service was not so good.

ラーメンは塩しか食べる気がないので、注文。 スープを一口飲むと、旨味が足りない。 麺にダマがあり、残念。 全体的に許せるが、次回はないと思う。 I ordered the salt soup ramen because I only eat salt ramen. I took a sip of soup at first and there was no enough flavour. Some of noodles were stuck together, so bad. Totally it was just permissible, but I think there won't have next time.

ホイゴーロー定食を注文。 味は甘め。 キャベツが美味しいが。 肉は屑物ばっかりで、しょぼい。 ギリ不合格かな。 I ordered the Japanese style set meal of Hoigooroo (pork and vegetables stir-fry with spicy sauce). The taste was a little sweety. The cabbage was tasty. But the port was poor because there was shredded meat only. The final judgment was failure.

リッチ満腹セットを注文。 太くて噛み応えのある麺は大好き。 でも味は塩っぱ過ぎで、最悪。 魚介スープの替え玉はさらに塩っぱく、とっても食べられる代物じゃない。 次はない。 I ordered their rich full stomach set menu. The thick and chewy noodles were great. But it was too salty, so terrible. The refill noodles with seafood soup was much too salty to eat. Never have next time.

関帝廟の向かいにある路地に佇む。 古い店ようだが、本当に期待外れ。 鶏のカシュナッツ炒めは味が薄すぎ。 イカとセロリの炒めは火を通しすぎ。 黒酢すぶたは黒酢の風味を感じない。 唯一エビチリの食感は合格。 個人的にはおすすめしない。 It at the alley opposite the Guandi Mausoleum. It looks like a very traditional restaurant but it’s really disappointed. The taste of the stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts was too light. The stir-fried squid and celery was too cooked. Didn’t feel the smell of black vinegar from the black vinegar and sour pork. Only the texture of the shrimp chili sauce was just so so. Personally I don’t recommend here.
