ホテルカデンツァ東京内にあるケーキ、ベーカリーショップの「ボンパルファン」に訪問してきました。ボンパルファンは金土日曜と祝日の営業なので注意が必要です。
今迄はケーキを購入する機会が多かったのですが、今回はパンを購入してみました。
今回は「かのこ豆のブリオッシュ/500円」「ショコラノア/350円」「フィグマロンのクロワッサン/400円」を購入しました。
「かのこ豆のブリオッシュ」は、かのこ豆とは何？と思い調べたところ、大納言や金時豆など様々な豆を密煮にしたものだそう。かのこ豆とアーモンドクリームの風味豊かな生地のブリオッシュが美味しかった。
「ショコラノア」はリボンの形がかわいいクロワッサン。クルミとチョコクリームがたっぷり入っています。
「フィグマロンのクロワッサン」はクロワッサンのパリパリ感とフィグマロンの食感が楽しい！
ボンパルファンはケーキのイメージが強いですが、パンのクオリティが高いと感じました。ホテルのパンのクオリティをこの価格で頂けるのはコスパ高いと思います。
