今回は、ミシュランガイド東京2025で一つ星を獲得した「Héritage by Kei Kobayashi」へ伺いました!
小林圭シェフ監修のもと伝統的なフランス料理を革新的なヴィジョンで再解釈し、次世代へと繋ぐ料理を提供してくれます
店内は洗練された空間で視覚、聴覚、触覚、嗅覚、味覚、そして情報という六感を駆使して記憶に残る体験を演出してくれます
そして、今回は小林圭シェフの来日新メニューお披露目会のイベントということで、なんと本人がお出迎えしてくださいました!
「鮑」と「トリュフ」をメインとしたコースです☺️
どの料理も、本当に六感をすべて使って堪能できる内容の連続でした!
鮑という一つの食材でも、調理法が違うだけでこんなにもいろんな料理が生まれ、食べた時の味や触感に違いが出るのかと感動しました!
前菜からデザートまでワクワクが止まりませんでした!
次はどんな料理が出てくるのかと待ち遠しく過ごしていました✨
