アピシウスのように、オサレさ、サービス、料理全てが田舎にはないお店でした。師匠におすすめを聞いてソロで突撃したのですが、大切な人と二人で来るべき中華料理店です。そう考えると銀座シックスという立地も便利そうです。
特筆して美味しいのは焼豚チャーシュー!世の中のチャーシューって良くも悪くも雑だと思うんです。雑なところが美味しい。ラーメンに入れても、チャーハンに入れても、酒で流し込んでも美味しい、冷凍しても美味しい、そんなみんな大好きチャーシューを丁寧に作り過ぎたらどうなるか試してみたっていう感じのチャーシューです。パリッとした皮目、とろける脂の旨味、あとからきいてくるスパイス、これはラーメンにもチャーハンにも入れられないし、冷凍もしたらダメです。
あとは豚肉を焼いたもの、北京ダック、春巻き、いーふー麺、マンゴープリンが美味しかったです。料理全体の平均点は虎峰さんの方が高い気がしますがチャーシューが全てをもっていきました。個別の感想は写真に添えて。
