こちら人形町にオープンして4年目の焼き鳥店だが、毎日満席・売切御免。
この日は、もちろん事前に予約をして訪問。
オープンから予約客がなだれ込んでいた。
人気な理由が、他店とは違う希少部位の取り方と焼きの仕上がりにある。
例えばもも肉の部位は、もも・内もも・付け根・ふくらはぎの4種類に細分化される。
その部位によってポーションの大きさは様々なので焼き方・焼き時間も異なるが全て最高の状態で提供される。
炭火焼きのメリットよりもデメリットを嫌う大将は炭は使わず、満遍なく焼けるロースターを使う。
焼き過ぎず、満遍なく火が入ると
仕上がったのは焼き鳥でなくローストチキン?
というぐらいジューシー。
アツアツのまま提供されるため、火傷注意。
コチラにくれば、焼き鳥の既成概念は確実に覆される事間違いなし。
