学会で大阪へ。同業者男2名で大阪らしくといえばと串カツかなと食べログ検索し、アクセスを考えながら得点を上から眺め、高すぎる2件をパスして3番目のこちらへ。ホテル内であることは後から気づきました。そりゃ男2人だから串カツというコンセプトと違うかとも思いましたがまあいいか。二度付け禁止系ではなく手元に個別のソースがあり、これは東京で経験する串揚げと同じ方向性。衣は薄くさっくり。優しい火の通り方でフレッシュ感も残してよい感じ。おまかせ串揚げコース10品5450円。生麩、鰹、トリュフのクリームコロッケあたりが目新しい感じ。味では鰹と豚ロースのしそ巻きが印象的でした。10本のあとはストップかけるまでおまかせな感じかと思いきや、こちらの注文補一つずつ挙げていただく感じで、友人は鰹、私は豚ロースをおかわりしました。
