娘との週末名古屋旅。
2日目lunchは、食べログ100名店かつThe Tabelog Award bronze店「レストラン ラ・フロレゾン・ドゥ・タケウチ」。
楽しみに行きましたが、結果期待以上!素晴らしかったです。雰囲気、接客、料理どれも素晴らしく、目にも楽しく、オープンライブキッチンを前にカウンターでいただくコースは絶品でした。
今回はメインが黒毛和牛の12,100円コース。

珈琲、小菓子と共に
どの料理も野菜たっぷり使用し、ソースが美味しく、スタッフがチームとなり手際良く作られていく料理はどれも素晴らしかったです。
パンもバターも、最後の小菓子まで全てにおいてすごい!美味しい!の連発でした。
またこのお料理を食べに名古屋に行きたいと思うお店でした。
