大将は気さくな方で和食の事、色々と聞いちゃいました。
とにかく素材と鮮度にこだわっているのが伝わってきました。
大きな鱧をその場で骨切り包丁でザクザク骨切りしているのを見るのは始めて。
身がとても厚く美味しかった。
