個人的には、一番好きな店で、お腹の許す限り食べたい店。今回も、うなぎの白焼とか食べたかったが無理でした。
基本的になんでも美味しい…きちんとダシの効いた料理なので、おひたし系は絶品だし、天麩羅も。刺身盛り合わせは、もはや芸術品。こんなに手の込んだ盛り付けしなくとも…と思うぐらい素晴らしい。
刺身盛り合わせは、予約推奨。当日、注文を受け付けない場合あります。
日本酒は、お任せで「5尺(半号)」で、頼むのを勧めます。地酒が飲みたいなら…そういうオーダーも可能です。
提供時間は、拘りの料理がゆえ、時間が掛かります。週末や混雑時は、隣の方が頼んでいて…「美味しそうだな」と思ったら、「今」頼むタイミングです。乗っかりましょう。
