六峰館、また利用しました(*'▽'*)
今回「鷹取」を予約、源泉かけ流し半露天付。
料理が美味しい、そして何より接客が良いッ‼︎
リピート客の多い旅館としても知られています。
団体客が多いからなのか、
今回は部屋食で可能との事でした。
前菜盛り合わせ。
手毬寿司、蛍烏賊など優しく良い味付け。
お造り。
カンパチ、鯛、鮪中トロ、鯵、天使の海老、
どれも新鮮‼︎
カンパチ、鯛どちらも歯応えあり。中トロは程よく脂がのっている部分(^^)
アワビの酒蒸し。
万能ネギぬた、肝とともに酢味噌で!
大人な食べ方(^_^)
身は柔らかい中に、程よく弾力を残した好みのもの。
朝倉豚あご出汁鍋。
旅館に来たッ!!って感じる一品(*^◯^*)
あご出汁は裏切りませんね、豚も臭みなし。
蒸し雑煮。
餡のかかった茶碗蒸しですね。
キチンと出汁が活かされている印象です!
鯛の塩糀桜海老焼き。
今回一番美味しかった╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
塩糀で和えた桜海老がのっています。
ふっくらと焼き上げられた淡白な鯛の身に
塩糀の優しい塩分と桜海老の旨味が
見事に合っていました〜!
黒毛和牛ステーキ。
鹿児島県産とのこと。
今回やや小さめのステーキでしたが、
火入れはやはり絶妙(^。^)
マスタードソースの味付けも
肉の味を邪魔せず、ちょうど良かった〜
白ご飯、赤出汁、お漬物。
ご飯の炊き加減も上手、
そしてこちらの自家製お漬物。特に高菜がお気に入り!
次の日の朝食も写真撮っています。
朝食はベースの品々もしっかりとあるのに、
バイキングの料理も沢山あります!
その中に自家製お漬物も(*´∀`)♪
今回は旅館スタッフの皆さん、とても親切でした。
お子様連れのお客さんへの対応も
かなりしっかりされており
サービスの質がとても高い旅館です(^O^☆♪
