お店の外から、焚き火の香り。
入った瞬間、焚き火を囲むカウンターの作り。
キャンプやん!
ぶっとい毛蟹の一皿から。
空芯菜は藁でしっかり燻しつつ。
中の空洞に藁の香りを閉じ込めてとのこと。
めちゃうま。
ボタンエビは焚き火にて。
香りもさることながら、火入れも良く、
何より温度感が抜群。
ボタンエビの究極。
お造りは白甘鯛。
藁焼きとお造り。
普通の刺身の方が好みだったかな。
藁焼きは脂が溶けて食感が柔らかく、
きゅっとした感じが無くなってしまい。
鱧とじゅんさい。
水出しした昆布出汁。
結構だし強め。
牛の一皿は噛みきれない笑笑
しそシャーベットで口直し。
うなぎは汽水湖のもの。
皮が強い。美味。
鮑はいい具合の火入れで食感もよく。
最後のとうもろこしとズッキーニの炊き込みご飯
with炭!
めちゃ旨。
いや、これ旨すぎ。
