カウンター席9席のみでお料理作る姿が見えてライブ感たっぷり
全ての食事が丁寧に作られており、なにしろ食材がクオリティー高いのに惜しげもない量を使用されてます。
フォアグラのお蕎麦で蕎麦つゆに黒トリュフを惜しげもなくこれでもかとスライスされる姿にびっくり
たらば蟹のお吸い物じんじょうも混ぜ物ほぼ無しの蟹の身がぎっしり!
色々なアイデア料理に感心してうなづくばかり。
ワンオペで一斉スタートでないところがすごい。
香港テレビに紹介されたみたいで香港のお客様も満足して帰ってた様子
京都には優秀な日本料理沢山ありますが敷居も高く高額な店が沢山ある中、内容考えたら26400円はなかなかリーズナブルでは思います。
お酒が1500〜2000円ぐらいするので1人3万くらいかな。
京都旅行にお友達連れてきたら感動されるはず
