友達の29歳の女の子が、30になる前に本気の寿司を食べたいから奢ってと言われ、その気持ちよく分からんけど、とりあえず行こうとなり、地元の名店に行ってみた。
小樽の本店は高校生の頃、親に連れて行って貰って、魚の甘さにとろけた記憶あり。
火曜20時店内満席。無理言ってカウンターで。
結論、なまら美味い!!
当たり前だけど北海道から空輸してくる魚が不味い訳がない。しかもこのお店小樽でも1番有名な昔からあるお店だった気がする。全品、お店の方が素材に合った味付けもしてくれての御提供なので、プロに食べさせて貰ってる感じがヤバかった。
あと、このお店は板前さんのご説明の色んなことを教えてくれる塩梅が心地よい。前に銀座のちょっとお高いお店に行った時、なんか威圧というか偉そうというか、そういうところが無理だったけど、ホントご対応頂いた方が、めっちゃ性格が良い方で食べていて気持ちよかったです。予約した時も案内してくれた方の説明や心遣いがご丁寧で嬉しかったです。ありがとうございます。

絶対また行く。29歳の女の子、コース終わったのに、カニとホタテを個別に頼んでいて、帰りに胃下垂なのか下っ腹に1匹のエイリアンを宿して帰って行った(笑)大満足だったらしく30歳を今月末に迎えれるらしい。未だに意味が分からん。
個人的にサクラマス美味しかったなぁ。
