赤坂駅7番出口を出たらすぐ右手のビルの2階にあります
予約して平日夜2人で伺いました
今回はこしかわさんの新しいコースをいただいてきました
鮪の色々な部位をいただけるコースです
2番手の柚木さんに握っていただきました
和食の経験豊富な方でお鮨以外のお料理もすばらしかったです

この日の鮪は全て大間のものでした
旬は12月頃~なのでこれから益々脂がのってきますね

鮪脳天、ズワイガニ、九条ネギ、玄米のつみれはしゃぶしゃぶのようにさっと煮たもの
根室の馬糞雲丹をのせ原了郭の黒七味
