代官山、恵比寿駅両方からアクセス可能な場所。
代官山駅からエスペランサ通りの端まで行き、
恵比寿方面に少し行くとソーセさんの入っているビルがあります。ビルのインターフォンを鳴らすとオートロックが解除され、エレベーターで地下1階の店舗に行けます。店内はカウンター6席とテーブル8席。手元とキッチンにスポットライトが照らされ、シェフとお料理がライトアップされる仕組み。全体的には照度は低く押さえられているので大人な雰囲気と落ち着いた空間です。
シェフは“エスキス”などの名店で研鑽を積まれてきた郡司一磨さん。“ソーセ”のこだわりを軽快なトークとじっくりと仕込まれたお料理で楽しませてくれます。
グッと引き寄せられる味わいが素敵でした…
