浅草のボランティア活動の後に行きました。１２時ちょっと前くらいかな。
食パン、オレンジピール丸パン、チーズベーグルとカンパーニュを購入。
おうちについてはまずはそのまま、食べてみた。
食パンの皮がしっかり硬めで弾力があり、すごくおいしい。小麦の香りが高い。カンパーニュ最高！
チーズはちょっと癖があり、好み。オレンジピールはもともと好きなのでやばい。
どれも生地がおいしい。
店員さんの雰囲気もとてもよかった。
次のボランティアの時にまた行きたい。次はプレーンの丸パンを買いたいな。食パンとカンパーニュは小じゃなく大を買いたい！
追記：他店の食パンと食べ比べてみました。見た目は粉花さんのほうがちょっと茶色っぽいです。小麦粉の種類？そして小麦の香りが強い！同じ食パンでも食べ比べると違うものですね。私は小麦の香りが強い粉花さんのほうが好きです。
After my volunteer activities in Asakusa, I visited the bakery, probably just before noon. I bought shokupan (loaf bread), orange peel round bread, a cheese bagel, and campagne. I ate a piece of each as soon as I got home. The crust of the shokupan was wonderfully firm and chewy, and the bread had a rich wheat aroma—it was incredibly delicious. The campagne was absolutely the best! The cheese had a pleasantly strong flavor, which I liked. The orange peel bread was amazing because I already love orange peel. The dough of every item was outstanding. The staff were also very pleasant. I want to go back on my next volunteer day. Next time, I plan to buy the plain round bread. And I definitely want to buy the shokupan and the large size of the campagne!
A few weeks later, I compared it with bread from other bakery. In appearance, Konohana's bread is slightly browner. Is this due to the type of flour? And the aroma of wheat is strong! Even though they are both plain bread, you can really tell the difference when you compare them. I prefer Konohana's, as it has a stronger wheat aroma.
