BOULANGERIE iANAK! 目移りしてしまった/ I was spoiled for choice
日暮里に用があったので、せっかくなので、こちらに寄らせていただきました。
近くまで行ったら本当にいい匂いがして、すぐに場所を特定することができました。
お店はたくさんのパンがあって、目移りしてしまいなかなか決められなかった。
普段は総菜パンは買わないのですが、今日はランチも兼ねていたので、「お豆のレンコンのカレーパン」と「クロワッサンショコラ」を購入。
持ち帰り用にフルーツライと道灌山ブレッドも購入。
店員さんは本当に気持ち良い方々でした。名店ってサービスもいいんだなぁとつくづく。。。
西日暮里公園で早速お豆とレンコンのカレーパンをいただく。ベジタリアンなのでカレーパンはあまり食べたことがないのです。外側がカリっとしててまずはパンがおいしい！そして辛すぎないカレーがカリカリしたカレーがおいしいーーー。温かい状態で食べたかったので、半分残しました。
明日、プライパンで軽くやいて食べてみようと思います。
次に温かくなくてもおいしい、クロワッサンショコラ。
薄くてぱりぱりした生地が本当にクロワッサンで、食感がとてもよくって、チョコもおいしくって、さわやかな青空を見上げながら、幸せを満喫しました。
食べていると生地が落ちちゃうのですが、袋の中に落ちるようにして、後で落ちた生地を拾って食べました。それもおいしいーーー
お持ち帰り用の道灌山ブレッドはマスカルポーネが練りこんであるそうです。珍しいですよね。
お持ち帰り用だけどせっかくなのでちょっと食べてみました。ふんわりとマスカルポーネの香り。これも温かいほうがおいしそうです。
最後にフルーツライ。７８０円とちょっとお高め。フルーツとナッツがぎっしり。ライ麦パンって酸味があるイメージだったのですが、それはあまり感じませんでした。フルーツのおかげかな？しっかりどっしりした生地ながらもフルーツのおいしさなのか、辞められない止まらない状況になりました。が、こちらも温かいものを食べてみたかったので、踏みとどまりました。
明日以降、温めなおして食べるのが楽しみです。
あー、こんなにパンにお金を使っていいのだろうか～と言いつつ、次に行くところも実は決まってます☺
I had some business in Nippori, so I made sure to stop by this place. As I got closer, I could smell a truly wonderful aroma, which helped me locate the shop right away. The store had so many kinds of bread that I was spoiled for choice and found it hard to decide.
Although I don't usually buy prepared savory buns, I bought the "Curry Bun with Beans and Lotus Root" and a "Croissant au Chocolat" today, as it was also for lunch. I also purchased a Fruit Rye and Doukan-yama Bread to take home. The staff members were truly wonderful people. I deeply felt that true master bakeries also offer excellent service.
I immediately ate the Curry Bun with Beans and Lotus Root in Nishinippori Park. As I am a vegetarian, I haven't had curry bread very often. The outside was crispy, so the bun itself was delicious right off the bat! And the curry, which was not too spicy, was delightfully crunchy—it was so good! I saved half of it because I wanted to eat it warm. I think I'll try lightly toasting it in a frying pan tomorrow. Next, I had the Croissant au Chocolat, which is delicious even when not warm. The thin, crisp layers were truly what a croissant should be, the texture was wonderful, the chocolate was delicious, and I felt completely happy while gazing up at the refreshing blue sky.
The Doukan-yama Bread I bought for takeout is apparently kneaded with Mascarpone cheese. That's unusual, isn't it? Though it was for takeout, I tried a little bit since I was already there. It had a light Mascarpone aroma. This also seems like it would be better warm. Finally, the Fruit Rye. At 780yen, it was a little pricey. It was packed with fruit and nuts. I'd always imagined rye bread to be sour, but I didn't detect much of that. Maybe thanks to the fruit? Despite having a firm, dense texture, the deliciousness of the fruit made it so I couldn't stop eating it. However, I managed to hold back because I wanted to try this one warm, too. I'm looking forward to reheating and eating them tomorrow and the days after. Ah, I wonder if it's okay to spend this much money on bread... yet, I've already decided where I'm going next!

週末のお昼ごろに再び訪問しました。
並んでいる人はいないけど、店の前のベンチに座っている方がお二人。
今回は
・雑穀の食パン ３７０円
・くるみとぶどうのパン ３２０円
を購入。
好みだけでいうと前回購入したクロワッサンとかフルーツライ、カレーパンが好きでした。
次回伺うときはカレーパン、また買います！
追記です。パン活のためにオーブントースターを新調しました。
リベイクをうまくやると雑穀の食パンの香りの立ち方が際立ちました。くるみとぶどうのパンもさっくり焼き上がり、すごくおいしかったです。
オーブントースターの実力恐るべし
