食べログから予約しようとしたら、2名からしか出来なかったので
1人で予約できないかを電話して聞いてみたら、1人でも予約出来るとの事。
なもんで17:30に予約をお願いする。
当日に訪問すると、カウンターに通されて生¥580を注文。
ガブっと飲んだら、まずはささみが提供されてコース開始。
実食!
【ささみ】お、ジューシーですな。火加減バッチリ。
ワサビと相まって、これは良い滑り出しだね。
【レバー】タレがかかってるが、甘さ控えめでキリっとした仕上がり。
【砂肝】 サクカクでウマイ。塩加減ばっちり。
【うずら】表面パリッと。これは山椒だな。少しかけると良い感じだね。
【ネギ巻】ネギが鶏で蒸し焼きになってるような感じ。中間には椎茸としし唐が刺さってて
これはもう、一串の料理だね。少しだけ七味を振ると、もっと良くなった。
【つくね】塩がやや強め。山椒を少しだけ。
【月見おろし】ウズラの卵と、大根おろしを合わせたもの。箸休めですな。
【銀杏】これも箸休めかな。生のを焼いてるっぽい。
【もも】これが一番自信あるぞ!って感じだね。ほぼ完璧。
【手羽】締めの一品。純粋に鶏を楽しめる。
ラストにささみを1本おかわりして、お会計…
と思ったらスープがあるらしい。
【スープ】柚子風味。お腹を温めて終了といった感じかな。
生5杯とコースにおかわり分を足して¥7942
