最初に訪れたのが10年前。
味に感動して、東京の正統日本料理といえばココ!!という名店だと信じています。
最後に訪れたのが2018年なので随分のご無沙汰。
昼夜で外観の佇まいは違えど、一歩足を踏み入れると店主も、空間も、安定した繊細な味わいも変わらずで感銘を受けます。
今回は、昼懐石「福」のコース。
一品目からフワッと柚が薫ります。季節を感じさせてくれて上品。
季節の天ぷらも軽くてサクふわ。
手巻きはパリパリで中トロの漬けの油と醤油の塩梅がマッチ。
土鍋のご飯ひと粒、お味噌汁まで五臓六腑に沁み渡ります。
〆の甘味は、最初食べてリピートし続けているわらび餅一択。やはり、今回もそうしました。
ブラマンジェやあんみつなんかもあります。
非常に丁寧に作られているのが判る、トロットロでもちもち。感動のわらび餅。黒豆と鶯きな粉が綺麗です。
月日が経ってもやっぱり大好きなお店です。
今度は間を空けずに伺いたいお店。
