11月18日からの3泊4日北海道東北を巡る旅の際、最初のランチで提供されたのが当店の懐石料理。料理長自ら乗車し列車内厨房で仕上がった料理は目を奪われるものばかり。

創作豊かで繊細さ溢れる料理。特に季節野菜の煮凝りとベリーの最中は拘り抜いたもので、和食の創作には限りがないものだと思わせてくれた。また松茸のお椀は松茸の風味がとても良くて、香りのみでも最高の満足を与えてくれた程、勿論松茸も沢山入っていた。赤酢酢飯の本鮪丼まで本格的で一口一口堪能させてもらった。
料理の美味しさは勿論、料理に華があるといった印象!是非再訪したい店ではあるが、当サイトを覗くとまさに名店中の名店で予約はなかなか難しそう。今回の四季島乗車で一度は味わえたのが喜びである。
