池袋でお寿司を探していたところ、
値段も手ごろで評判の良さそうな
こちらのお店を発見。
ディナーのおまかせ《上》コースを
予約して伺うことにしました。
場所は池袋駅東口北から徒歩2〜3分。
ビックカメラを通り過ぎた先の
ビル地下にあるお店です。

・料理
赤酢と塩のみで仕立てたシャリは砂糖
不使用で、酢の酸味が際立つ設計。
中トロ、カマス、ブリトロといった
脂の乗ったネタと合わせると、旨味が
引き立ちます。
脂の乗ったネタの間に鯵や赤貝などの
ネタが挟まり、コースの緩急も秀逸。
漬けマグロ、小肌、ぶりの照り焼きの
味付けは魚の味をしっかりと感じられる
丁度よい濃さでとても美味しかったです。
つまみも充実しており、蟹あんかけの
茶碗蒸しや金目鯛のジュレ掛けは
季節感があり、あん肝とクリームチーズの
組み合わせは山椒が効いていて日本酒が
ついつい進む味わいでした。
・お酒
ビール、ワイン等ありますが、日本酒が
多めのラインナップ。
この日は日本酒の「日高見」、「天美」、
「あたごのまつ」をいただきました。
日本酒ごとにそれぞれ違う味わいですが、
どの日本酒も料理に寄り添う味わいで、
日本酒好きにも満足のラインナップでした。
・雰囲気
白木のカウンターと天井が明るく、
清潔感のある店内。
接客も丁寧で、料理のテンポも心地よく、
落ち着いた空間でゆったりと食事が
楽しめます。
デートや会食にもぴったりな、
スタイリッシュで洗練された雰囲気の
お寿司屋さんです。
■総評
赤酢の握りと旬のつまみ、そして料理に
寄り添う日本酒の組み合わせ。
魚の味をしっかりと感じられる丁度良い
味付けでとても美味しい料理の数々。
江戸前の技と粋を堪能できる、
また訪れたくなる一軒です。
