天ぷらの詳細については、写真の画像に説明文を書いています。
調味料は3種類の塩(藻塩、笹塩、カレー塩)、天つゆ、醤油がありました。
オススメな食べ方については大将から一品毎に教えていただけました。
天ぷらはどれも美味しかったですが、その中でも太刀魚は絶品でした。
身がふわふわして、甘さと旨味が抜群でした。
またお邪魔したいです。
