大阪で唯一のGOLD受賞店にお伺いしました。
前回、訪れた際も春でした。

谷町六丁目という都会の喧騒から少し離れた場所に
あります閑静なお鮨屋さん。
「鮨 三心」さん。
夜営業がほとんどの大阪のお鮨屋さんが多い中、
こちらのお店はお昼間だけの2部制。
やわらかな春の日差しがとけこむ店内は
穏やかな空気間に包まれて。
精悍な顔立ちと凛々しい佇まいでお鮨を握る
石渕大将とお弟子さん達の真摯な眼差し。
至極のお鮨はもちろんのこと、光と四季を
感じられる三心ならではのお鮨時間は唯一無二です。
お食事の後は、隣接する『刻家(ときや)』にて
デザートタイム。
お鮨の余韻を残しつつ、食後酒で締め。
