春の訪れを感じることができる、旬の食材を使った彩り鮮やかな料理の数々を楽しめる内容でした。
「八寸」は、上巳の節句をテーマに、桃と貝殻をあしらった、美しい見た目にうっとりする一品。どの料理も繊細な味付けで、素晴らしかったです。
煮物の「ツキノワグマのロース」は、柔らかい肉質で、獣感もなく、美味しかったです。
「スッポンと卵黄と芹の炊き込みご飯」は、肉厚のスッポンと風味の良い芹が相性抜群でした。醤油漬けにされた、卵黄のコクも加わり、お腹一杯でも"スイスイ"食べられる一杯でした。
スタッフの方が和気あいあいと働かれているので、初訪問でもリラックスして過ごすことができ、大満足なディナーとなりました。
予約が取れれば、次は季節が変わった頃に再訪したいです。
