鳥取駅北口から徒歩10分、繁華街の奥にある海鮮メインの和食料理店。
言わずもがな、冬の名物は蟹。メニューもそれ主体の3択で、親ガニ丼8000円、親ガニ丼極10000円、親ガニ丼のコース12000円。違いは親ガニ丼をベースに蟹の使用量が増えたものが極、親ガニ丼の前に小鉢2種、お造り、焼物、煮物、天ぷらが+4000円で付いたのがコースという内容。
この日のコースは以下のとおり。
・鯨ベーコン
・安納芋のサラダ
・お造り3種(カレイ、カツオ、ヒラマサ)
・雲丹のせ鱈の西京焼
・モサエビのしんじょ
・天ぷら盛り(鷄、安納芋、ししとう)
・親ガニ丼(蟹のお味噌汁付)
更にアラカルトで追加注文。

・大間産本マグロのお刺身
全てが美味しかった中で厳選してコメントを。
・お造り3種
圧倒的な鮮度と素材の良さ、更に鰹の炙り加減や香りなど全てが一級品に仕上がっている。この一皿だけで冬の日本海を堪能できる。
・安納芋の天ぷら
抜群の甘みを誇る安納芋、天ぷらという調理法によって甘さと食感を最高レベルにまで引き上げている。海鮮以外でもここまで美味しくできるのかという、お店の力をひしひしと感じる。
・但馬牛のローストビーフ
霜降りの但馬牛を大葉のソースにて頂く。もはや3秒で口の中から消える芳醇なお肉の脂、1枚で白ごはん一杯食べられる。こちら4枚で900円、ありえない価格設定。ぜひ追加注文してほしい。
そして親ガニ丼。ご飯の上に鎮座するのは、プレーン蟹の身、蟹味噌和えの蟹の身、内子の醤油漬け、外子の醤油漬け、内子の塩茹での5種。それぞれ食べてもよし、かき混ぜてもよし。この世にこんなに美味しい食べ物があるのかという想いを感じるほど、そのお味は筆舌に尽くし難い。そしてお味噌汁には内子入り、塩味強めで〆にふさわしいお味。こちらはなんとおかわりが可能。
充実のコース。蟹丼を食べ終え、もうこれ以上食べられないという状態にまでなるという経験は中々できない。目が潤んでくるほどに美味しく、120%満足できる山陰地方No.1の食事処であろう。
